Andrew Kim is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of QUBE Industrial. Andrew provides visionary leadership by providing strategic direction, taking innovative and entrepreneurial approach to growth and value creation.

Andrew Kim is also Founder and Chairman of MQ Group, a leading business builder in nation-wide retail channel distribution, 3PL, and development and operation of modern logistics warehouses in South Korea.

Under Andrew’s leadership, MQ Group’s overall logistics business has outpaced the growth of South Korean logistics market over the past 10 years.

Prior to founding MQ Group in 2000, Andrew was a senior Sales executive at Proctor & Gamble.

Andrew is a recipient of both the Presidential Award (2016) and Prime Minister Award (2011) for his substantial contribution to the growth and sustainability of logistics warehouse sector in South Korea.

James Lim is Co-Founder and CEO of QUBE Industrial. James is responsible for QUBE Industrial’s overall operations, strategically growing the business and maintaining its position as a market leader.

Prior to QUBE Industrial, James was Managing Director and Co-Portfolio Manager at Oaktree Capital Management. Prior to Oaktree, he was CEO of CapitaLand Investment Management responsible for the group’s global private funds including discretionary funds, non-discretionary joint venture partnerships and SMAs with leading global and regional investors.

Prior to Oaktree and CapitaLand, James spent over 15 years with multiple global financial institutions in senior real estate banking roles in Asia. His last investment banking role was Managing Director and Asia Pacific Head of Real Estate Finance at HSBC where he built one of the largest and most successful real estate financing platforms in the market.

James is a trustee emeritus of University of California Davis (having served as a member of the board of trustees from 2016-2022) and a member of the Advisory Board of Eaglebrook School (an all-boys junior boarding school in Deerfield, MA). Previously, he served as a member of the Executive Board of ANREV (the Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles).
